These models employ cells derived from human kidneys, providing a more accurate representation of renal tissue and function.
Our primary focus is safety evaluation, and we employ two image-based high-content analysis (HCA) assays. These assays utilize human renal proximal tubule epithelial cells (HRPTepiC) to provide comprehensive mechanistic information through multiple endpoint analyses, ensuring high sensitivity.
