- Efficient Particle Washing: Vertical orientation of the bar magnetic field attracts and suspends the magnetic particles both to the side and up from the bottom of the wells
- Utilize a rapid, simple protocol with minimal hands-on time that allows you to process more samples for sequencing every day (only 3 steps and less than 15 minutes to complete)
- Pipet tips may be inserted into the bottom of the well, insuring thorough and efficient washing and removal of fluids
- Minimal Particle Loss: Suspended particles held up and to the side from the point of fluid aspiration minimizes particle loss
- Maximum Sample Concentration: Samples can be efficiently recovered in 5µl versus the recommended 40µl for a typical donut-style separator
